The Asahikawa Winter Festival is just around the corner and the Asahikawa International Committee wants you to be a member of its International Team which will make five snow sculptures in the festival’s sculpture contest.
The theme for the International Team’s snow sculptures this year will be “Mascot Characters in Hokkaido”
If you are interested in taking part in the fun, please contact the Asahikawa International Committee.
