外国人（がいこくじん）と 日本人（にほんじん）が、いっしょに歩（ある）いて ピクニックをするイベントです。 はじめての人（ひと）も、ひとりで来（く）る人も 大歓迎（だいかんげい）です。 いっしょに たのしい時間（じかん）を すごしましょう！

■ イベントの ひにち・じかん

📅 日にち：2026年5月16日（土） 
　※雨（あめ）のとき → 5月23日（土）に かわります 
　※5月23日も 雨（あめ）のとき → イベントは中止（ちゅうし）です

⏰ 時間（じかん）：10:45〜13:30

📍 集合（しゅうごう）場所（ばしょ）： フィール旭川（あさひかわ） 7階（かい） 交流（こうりゅう）ラウンジ

■ イベントの 流れ（ながれ）

• 10:45　フィール旭川 7階に あつまります

• みんなで 宮前公園（みやまえこうえん）まで 歩（ある）きます（約4km）

• 公園（こうえん）で おひるごはん を 食べます

• ミニゲーム をして あそびます

• そのあと、旭川駅（あさひかわえき）まで歩いて おわりです 
  ※公園から そのまま 帰（かえ）ってもOKです

■ 参加費（さんかひ）

• 300円

• 小学生以下（しょうがくせい いか）100円

■ もちもの

• おひるごはん

• のみもの

• レジャーシート（しきもの）

• ゴミぶくろ

• ペン・えんぴつ

• 外（そと）で あそべるもの（あればOK）

■ 人数（にんずう）

50人くらい ※人が多（おお）いときは、もうしこみが 早（はや）く おわることがあります

■ 注意（ちゅうい）

• ペット（いぬ・ねこ など）は いっしょに 来（く）ることができません

• 天気（てんき）が わるいときは、あさ8時までに メールで おしらせします

Let’s enjoy a relaxing walk and picnic together with people from around the world living in Asahikawa! Everyone is welcome!

■ Event Information

📅 Date: Saturday, May 16, 2026 
　If it rains → the date will be moved to May 23. 
　If May 23 also has bad weather → event will be canceled.

⏰ Time: 10:45 AM – 1:30 PM

📍 Meeting Place: Feeeal Asahikawa, 7th Floor (International Lounge)

■ Schedule

• 10:45 AM — Meet at Feeeal Asahikawa 7F

• Walk together to Miyamae Park (about 4 km total)

• Enjoy lunch at the park

• Play games and chat

• Walk back to Asahikawa Station You may leave directly from the park if you prefer.

■ Fee

• 300 yen

• 100 yen for children (elementary school age and younger)

■ What to Bring

• Your lunch

• A drink

• Picnic blanket

• Trash bag

• Something to write with

• Outdoor games or sports equipment (optional)

■ Capacity

Around 50 people Registration may close early depending on the number of applicants.

• Pets are not allowed
