Monday thru Sunday (except from December 30th thru January 4th and the days “Feeeal” Asahikawa is closed).
Operating Hours 10:00 ~ 19:30,
Weekends and Holidays Opereting Hours 10:00 ~ 17:00

※ Foreign language staff rotate weekly, so please refer to the [Information Counter Foreign-Language Staff Schedule] to check when a staff who speaks your language is available.
