Snow Sculpture Building/Winter Activity
Every year, as part of the Asahikawa Winter Festival’s small snow sculpture building event, the AIC organizes for local and foreign residents to come together and create snow sculptures modeled on popular characters or current themes. As the event takes in the midst of the cold season, participants can enjoy hot soups and meat buns while taking a break from snow sculpting.
