Health Care Interpreting Seminar
Annual English medical interpretation seminar co-hosted with the Japan Association for Health Care Interpreting in English and Japanese (J.E.) and AIC. Participants are introduced through practical role plays to commonly used terms in hospitals, description of symptom, etc. Every year various fundamental medical topics are discussed, including presentations by volunteers with wealth of experience in the field. This seminar is for both those that work in the field of medical care, as well as for those with interest in medical English interpreting.
